By using Jualla, you agree to buy and sell honestly, follow our prohibited items policy. Jualla is a meetup marketplace: buyers and sellers arrange handover and payment directly (cash or local methods). Jualla does not process payments or ship items.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details and condition, and for inspecting items in person before paying.

Jualla may suspend or remove accounts and listings that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or put other users at risk.
